My first love is critical care—and my professional mission is helping Advanced Practice Providers position themselves to get hired, onboard smoothly, and practice with confidence at the top of their license.
I am a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice and Adult–Gerontology Acute Care, currently living and practicing in Texas as an ICU Nurse Practitioner. My clinical background spans high-acuity ICU environments and senior APP leadership, including helping build and scale a multi-ICU critical care program at a large hospital system. That experience gave me a front-row seat to how providers are evaluated—not just clinically, but on paper.
I’ve reviewed hundreds of resumes, CVs, credentialing packets, and onboarding submissions. I know exactly what hiring managers, credentialing committees, and medical staff offices are looking for—and where most APPs unintentionally fall short.
